Rev Michael Mcduffie has been in the ministry for over 40 years; He is the esteemed Founder and Chief Elder of Kingdom of Might Ministries since 1995. His vision is to spread C.B.S.across the Global world; through his non-for-profit organization.

C stands for Churches [ Ministries]
B stands for Businesses [ Wealth/health]
S stands for Schools [ Education], and eventually build kingdom Communities.

In 2010; Rev Michael Mcduffie co-founded the only 4-year Middle State accredited College in the City of Paterson, NJ. He is also the Founder and Head professor of his own Bible equipping School since 1995: S.I.T.U. (School of intensified training and understanding); graduated hundreds into ministry.
Rev Mcduffie is also very involved in the Community; as being the Chairperson of Paterson Housing Authority over last 20 years. He is also the Founder and owner of "The IAAM INITIATIVE", an Educational program that brings a holistic strategy for better learning amongst students. Pastor Paul Russell Beresford

Pastor Paul Russell Beresford, born March 5th, 1940, has been a resident of the Village of Tequesta for 22 years. Prior to his residence, Pastor Paul lived in Cleveland, Ohio from 1940-2001. Pastor Paul has been married to his wonderful wife, Carol Beresford, since 1961. They have 3 children, 2 daughters and 1 son, with 12 grandkids, with 4 great grandchildren. 

He began his ministry work in 1982, with a graduate degree from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois. Pastor Paul began his first ministry as an associate pastor at Willow-Hill Baptist Church in Mentor, Ohio. He was in charge of all programs for music, youth and senior adults. Pastor Paul was ordained into the Gospel Ministry in 1983. 

After he was ordained, Pastor Paul merged with another church, Calvary Fellowship Baptist Church in Painesville, Ohio. Shortly after, Pastor Paul was named Senior Pastor. Pastor Paul remained in this church for 15 years. 

Pastor Paul received a call in 2000 to consider the Senior Pastor position at First Baptist Church of Tequesta, Florida. He was also involved in the creation of the positon of Public Safety Chaplain while serving as the Senior Pastor. During this call, Pastor Paul accepted the position. From October 2001 to May 2015, Pastor Paul held the position of Senior Pastor. Pastor Paul retired from his position at the First Baptist Church.

In March 2017, Pastor Paul was hired as the Mental Health Counselor/ Life coach. Most recently in 2018, Pastor Paul was named the Critical Incident Stress Manager for the Village of Tequesta. He serves Police/Fire and all employees/residents for the Village of Tequesta. One of his passions is assisting with Blue Suicide and raising awareness about Mental Health in Public Safety, more specifically, Law enforcement.  Pastor Paul still remains in this position today.
